Fri 2. Fine day – Saw Gen. Stoneman review Birneys division
vis. hos - &c. made discharge papers. Capt. Stevens sent poor
Cooper to “see if he must wear a stock three or four days
before he could get his discharge” – read [-] , held
prayer meetg. in mess tent, & made molasses candy.
