1863 January 10 camp across the Rappahannock from Fredericksburg.

Sat 10.  Q.M. & John went off by first train.  I also recd. Metalic
coffin & exhumed & forwarded Posts body.   vist. hosp –
Began a settled rain about dinner noon, & still rains 9 P.M.
