Just a year since I took the
vows of God upon me and I
have enjoyed the year more than any
other one year though I have been through
peculiar trials, including two battles.
Have come short sadly in many respects
but God I feel has been with me, and
to-day I have enjoyed much although I
have been on guard nearly all the forenoon.
