Have passed the
day idlely Guard
Mounting & Parade this
evening with the march
as usual
Have passed the day
sleeping & wandering
listlessly about well
I can console myself
with the idea that it
is said to be condusive
to health to sleep as much
as possible
Cleaned my horn[?]valves
Charlie bought some
granulated milk a nice
article
Heard the Col say we must
go to Eastern Va men built
the oven today
Clear very warm
