Went ashore after breakfast
and got a Baltimore Sun. and
then got my picture taken, then went up
into the State house, and up into the cupola
came down and went to see Ed Brown
Came aboard about noon. This afternoon
read int he "Constitution of Man." This evening
I went down into the forecastle a little
while. The reporter who is aboard came
off to night pretty well "sewed up," so
he could not talk straight.
