1861 Nov[ember] 18 Winchester

I received two
letters on yesterday from you
Do just as you think best with
the flour, selling it by retail if
you can. As soon as you can
sell enough pay for the hogs
which you bought, as I do not
wish to make any more debts
The person from whom you bought
will I suppose deduct the inter
est for the 6 months. I have
enclosed to Wm White a check
for $160 [?] to pay my taxes. Do
not take anything for the flour
which Annie got as you owe
her much more than that for
board. Good bye Love
Ever Yours
