trains have now been detain
ed several Hours at three
different points waiting
for orders which I have
been unable to give because
I cannot get the line-
I am willing to wait for
Government business but
can not have trains delay
ed for Private messages
for individuals but claim
preference particularly as
Mine is Government
Business  please let us
