Guard mounting
after which practiced
on the Oppera of Lucia De
Lammermoor. Drilled
a little at manual of
arms heavy inf
Parade but no Drill
as the Colonel was
absent
Considerable talk of
our being discharged
Regiment much opposed
to the idea
very large mail came
in just now not yet
distributed think I shall
certainly receive some
clear warm
