usual. drilled some this
evening Foot & Arthur had
a dificulty today Foot was
takn to the Guard House but was released
received letter from Jas Clin[?]
answered it this eve Clear Cool
Presumably George Foot, a private in Co. I. Three men in the regiment had the surname Arthur: Edwin a private in Co. G., Alfred a musician, and William, the leader of the band.
