1862 October 28 farm outside Savannah Ohio

Tuesday, Oct. 28, 1862

Was up until near
morning talking
this morning rather surprised the boys
assisted today in
taking off the machine
from the wagon also
assisted in getting up
some corn
Was visited by
John Olin
went down to Leonards
with Hals letters
saw on the road
[Ben?] Huffman
mostly cloudy rained
a little this evening.
